YOUR TEAM
As JACK & JONES’ CRM Manager, you become a part of our fast-paced E-commerce department of 30 colleagues from all over the world driven by the ambition to become the leading online store within the fashion industry. YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing customer engagement, increasing retention and optimizing customer experiences throughout the customer journey. This includes continuously expanding our marketing automation setup and improving our loyalty programme. You will work closely with the rest of our Performance Marketing team and other internal stakeholders, to ensure that our automation setup and loyalty programme aligns with our marketing goals and business objectives.
Your tasks include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive CRM and loyalty strategy
- Analyzing customer data and using insights to optimize performance on our digital marketing channels in collaboration with the rest of our team
- Building further on our loyalty strategy and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders from other departments involved to secure smooth implementation
- Growing and maintaining the member base by developing an acquisition and retention plan.
You will be setting the direction within the CRM field, and - depending on your experience and interests - you will also have the opportunity to add team leadership to your responsibilities.

You are a proactive and structured person with a “can-do” mindset. It comes natural to you to take ownership, but you also appreciate and contribute to the collaboration across the team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where change is an inevitable part of the field we operate in. You have previously worked with many stakeholders and are therefore a skilled communicator and great at building strong relationships.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience within CRM and digital marketing
- Experience with hands-on CRM operations and marketing automation
- Knowledge of loyalty programmes
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
